Static or dynamicCrafty QR writes a standard payment URI for your coin. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Dash use the BIP21 format, while Ethereum uses EIP-681 and converts the amount to wei automatically. A static crypto code carries that URI directly, so any wallet app reads the address and amount straight from the scan and the code never expires. You can also make it dynamic, which points to a Crafty QR page with an open in wallet button and scan tracking, so you can update the address later or count how often the code is used. For a direct wallet handoff, static is the usual choice.
