Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crafty QR ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Crafty QR.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Crafty QR. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

The service

Crafty QR lets you create, customize, and download QR codes, and offers a range of features depending on your plan:

• Static and dynamic QR codes across our supported QR code types.
• Dynamic codes with editable destinations and scan analytics.
• Hosted link pages and landing pages that you can edit anytime.
• Embeddable live QR codes, bulk generation, and saved design templates.
• A QR code reader that decodes codes from an image or your camera.
• In-app support tickets.

The exact features and limits available to you depend on your plan and may change over time, as described on our pricing page.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Crafty QR, including any QR code, dynamic destination, or hosted page you create, to:

• Host, link to, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Distribute malware, or run phishing, scams, or other deceptive or fraudulent activity.
• Send or facilitate spam or unsolicited messages.
• Publish adult or otherwise unlawful material, or content that harasses, threatens, or abuses others.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Dynamic QR codes point to destinations that you choose and can change at any time, and hosted link and landing pages contain content that you control. You are solely responsible for those destinations and that content. We do not control and are not responsible for where your QR codes point or for the content of your hosted pages.

We may, at our discretion and without notice, disable a QR code, remove content, and suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the service or to others.

Your content and license

You own the content you put into your QR codes and hosted pages. You grant us the limited, non-exclusive license needed to host, store, and display that content, and, for dynamic codes, to operate the redirect and record scan analytics, so that we can provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or held in routine backups for a limited time.

Plans, pricing, and fair use

We offer three tiers. Each plan includes a monthly cap on the number of QR scans we track. Scans beyond the cap still work and redirect normally, but are not counted toward analytics for the remainder of the month.

• Free: $0. Up to 3 saved QR codes, 1 dynamic QR code, 1,000 tracked scans per month, and 7 days of analytics history.
• Pro: $9.90 per month or $99 per year. Unlimited saved and dynamic QR codes, full styling and Pro QR types, embeddable codes, 20,000 tracked scans per month, and 120 days of analytics history with heatmaps.
• Pro+: $19.90 per month or $199 per year. Everything in Pro, plus bulk generation, landing pages, branding removal, 100,000 tracked scans per month, and 365 days of analytics history.

Billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase, on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the option you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal, and you will keep paid access until the end of your current billing period. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

We may change our subscription prices from time to time. Any price change takes effect at your next billing period, and we will give you reasonable notice before it applies. If you do not agree to a new price, you can cancel before your next renewal.

Refunds

You may request a refund for your current billing period within 14 days of the purchase or renewal that started that period. We do not refund past or already elapsed billing periods. We may decline a refund in cases of abuse or violations of these Terms. Because LemonSqueezy is the merchant of record, refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and are also subject to its policies. To request a refund, contact us at support@craftyqr.com.

Intellectual property

The Crafty QR name, site, software, and design are our property and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or software beyond using the service as intended.

Third-party services

Crafty QR relies on third-party providers, including Firebase and Google, Vercel, LemonSqueezy, Cloudflare, Resend, and OpenStreetMap. Your use of the service may also be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

Disclaimers

Crafty QR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or available at any particular time, and we do not guarantee any level of uptime. You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafty QR from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your content, the destinations your QR codes point to, your hosted pages, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of others.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or our acceptable use rules, or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the service or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

Changes to these Terms and the service

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at our discretion. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree that the courts and enforcement offices of Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service.
